Kaitlynn Agee

Nurse Practitioner

Kaitlynn joined the HOAF team in October 2023 and sees patients at The Pines and The Lodge. She draws inspiration from her patients and their families, consistently working towards delivering optimal care to enhance their lives.

Kaitlynn graduated from Radford University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing in 2020 from Southern New Hampshire University, then recently completed her Post Master’s Certificate for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2023 from Bradley University. Kaitlynn is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as an FNP. She is also a member of the Advanced Practice Providers Oncology Summit (APPOS) and the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology (APSHO). Kaitlynn is NIH Stroke Certified and trained in basic and advanced cardiac life support. Kaitlynn is a nursing clinical instructor at Eastern Virginia Career College.  

Kaitlynn has experience in a variety of nursing specialties’ including psychiatric and mental health nursing, neurology, surgical and critical care. She is excited to join HOAF as an Advanced Practice Provider and feels her previous experience as a nurse will be a great building block for her role in Hematology and Oncology.

When not in the office you can find Kaitlynn on the sidelines of her kids activities/sporting events cheering them on. When the weather is cold enough, she enjoys skiing at local resorts and during the summer, vacationing with her family at the beach.
